Host & Musician/Band Sign Up

Please complete the sign up form below if you are signing up as host, as a band or musician, or both.

​Performers

  • Clear your schedule on Sunday, September 13, 2026 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Confirm your porch assignment and one hour time slot assignment
  • Breakdown/clean up after your set and enjoy other performances during Porchfest

Performers agree to:

  • Give a free one hour performance.
  • Timely communication regarding Porchfest logistics. Check your email for notifications and connect with your porch host immediately after receiving your assignment.
  • Coordinate the logistics of your performance (i.e. space needed, equipment, electricity needs, etc.).
  • Perform only during your assigned one-hour time slot (which does not include setup/ breakdown/ soundcheck).
  • Play at a sound level respectful to the neighbors. Think of your venue as the space between the house and the curb and adjust for that.
  • Get the word out to everyone you know to come out and support.

Hosts

  • Clear your schedule on Sunday, September 13, 2026 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Make sure your Porch/location is safe and tidy for performers
  • Make sure your yard or sidewalk is safe for guests

Hosts agree to:

  • Generosity and hospitality
  • Confirm you own said house or live within and have permission from owners
  • Watch your email for notifications and connect with your performers in short order after receiving your assignment.
  • Assist musicians/bands with setup (optional)
  • Remain available for the duration of your slot, keep the performance to its assigned time (optional)
  • Notify your neighbors of your participation in the event.
  • Get the word out to everyone you know.
